The Data Privacy Officer defines and implements policies and procedures for the day-to-day operation and administrative management of all Hala data and related processes — including the intake, storage, processing, encryption, and transmission of data to internal & external systems. Accountable for creating and updating Hala data asset documentation including Data Requirements, Metadata Definition, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Acquisition, Entry, Data Curation, Governance, and Compliance. Accountable for creating and implementing data retention and deletion requirements consistent with EAG internal policies and relevant laws. Responsible for defining a single set of procedures for requesting access to sensitive elements of organizational and customer data and document these data access request procedures.
