The Brand Management function produces the majority of the company’s General Managers as well as future CEO’s of P&G. Marketing at P&G is about growing our Brands, Business, and People. You will help us remain on the state of the art of marketing, helping us find new and exciting ways to reach consumers.
Your Role: Artwork is a critical business process which provides the information needed for consumer communications to select, use and dispose our products. Providing artwork requirements and marketing copy content accurately and on time are key to ensure artwork quality and delivery of our innovation pipeline.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support the artwork copy development and approval process, owning collection of Brand Packaging Communication and Regulatory Artwork Copy requirements.
Act as a single point of accountability for the development, setup, promotion and readiness of Master Copy Lists and Finished Product Masters prior to project kick-off, to enable the Artwork Planner to correctly create project and POAs.
Create structured Artwork Brand Hierarchies to maximize copy re-use, reduce author/approval touches, and provide meaningful business agility.
Own overall copy setup and changes required to meet Artwork Project needs, in addition to reviewing and approving Final Artwork to check compliance with copy element requirements.
Own the collection and legal approval of all claims and non-regulated copy content for the Master Copy right the first time and on time inputs. Facilitate the collection, formatting and approval of the marketing copy included on-pack in coordination with Marketing.
Ensure Marketing is aligned and trained on the authoring and approval process of Master Copy. Provide guidance to functional resources, suppliers, design and translation agencies to ensure copy elements are accurately represented on the artwork, and track any need for training or refresher.
Attend initiative, design, artwork network and capability connect meetings as needed to complete/drive the required artwork copy related activities.
Ensure the collection and formatting of other elements that are required to be on pack (example: Regulatory, Legal, Consumer Relations, and R&D (Product Research / Package Development) copy along with externally regulated symbols).
Conduct gap analyses on a regular basis and make recommendations for artwork copy process improvement including translations.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A college degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s, preferably with business focus).
Evidence of excellence in achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
Leadership/Self-starting/out of the box thinking capabilities, strategic analysis, collaboration skills.
Good command of the English language, Arabic is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
Passion for the area of work as this is a specialist role.
