The program is designed to attract and develop the next generation of leaders by offering final-year students and recent graduates the opportunity to join a global organization which is an Industry leader in insurance broking and risk management.   Job Summary:  The program will support, develop, and challenge you while providing the opportunity to grow and contribute. It will give you the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients, across locations, an occasion to collaborate within the teams as you increase your knowledge and skills. You will be exposed to a various business units and specialties during the first phase of the program and then you will be assigned to an appropriate role in a specific business area.   Qualifications, Skills and Experience:   To be considered for the MENA Graduate program, you will be a final-year student or recent graduate who demonstrates: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong academic grades. Sharp judgement and problem solving skills. Results-orientation. Has enthusiasm for developing a long-term career within the industry or country team Ability to work in teams in the spirit of collaboration, engagement and inclusion.
