Job Summary: A reputable construction company in Dubai seeks to hire a motivated Field Service Support Engineer. The Field Service Advanced Product Support Engineer holds a responsibility of installation, support and maintenance of all IT products within the Systems Integration portfolio and for remote or telephone support.
The company is recruiting a motivated individual to join their Technical Services division based in Dubai after 6 months of extensive training.
Regional travel is a requirement of this post, which is based in the MEA region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Planned Preventative Maintenance
IT Systems installation, testing and support (in field/in house) Other Related Duties.
Customer product demonstrations
Product testing and evaluations
Projects or Sales Team support
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant for Field Service Support Engineer must possess relevant qualifications for this role
The successful candidate must possess at least an HNC qualification, or equivalent, in Electronic/Electrical Engineering and have previous AV/IT knowledge.
Strong communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to work unsupervised, are essential.
