Job Title:   Sales Executive

Job Summary: The Sales Executive will support the BDM in preparation of submittals, proposals, reports, follow up as assigned from time to time. The jobholder will also receive guests at the KIZAD Visitor Centre

To convert leads into prospects into customers


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives Leads, Walk- ins and Delegations s at Visitor Centers
  • Conclude deals in land lease
  • Convert leads into offers
  • Conclude Musataha Agreements as per set individual target.
  • Responsible for generating potential/key leads
  • Provides content and knowledge related to industry specific cases
  • Process received land allocation applications
  • Prepare presentations/ documents on projects to be presented to LASC
  • Follow up on allocation of plots with concerned departments.
  • The Sales Executive also coordinates between Commercial and IZU departments for compilation of submittals, presentations, documents and reports as assigned from time to time
  • Follows up with leads / prospects and customers where required by the BDM
  • Conduct site visits/tours to customer’s plots
  • Attend/ be present exhibitions and events organized by AD Ports/kizad as assigned.
  • Update and ensure data integrity of Customers in Siebel
  • Attend to any other task as assigned by management or Investor support function


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

The ideal candidate for the Sales Executive UAE job role should possess a Bachelor’s degree of either engineering or business administration.
