Job Summary: The Sourcer (Talent Acquisition) will work with a team of recruiters, sourcing specialist and recruiting coordinators focusing in the areas of candidate sourcing, candidate management and sourcing strategy development for different departments in the organisation. They will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality candidates to the business. You will have access to the latest and greatest sourcing tools to make sure DarkMatter have access to great talent. You must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
The jobholder will also partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build effective sourcing plans.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to sourcing that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company,
Use our state of the art technologies to find the best passive & active candidates
Actively participate in special projects/sourcing initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The DarkMatter Sourcer (Talent Acquisition) should have significant experience of Technology or Cyber Security sourcing of candidates
Previous exposure and experience in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
Previous experience in managing and prioritizing multiple requisitions, candidates and projects.
Ability to execute souricng strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace and market mapping.
Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the business.
Excellent communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
