Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establishing a security strategy and objective operating model for an information security function.
  • Performing security risk, capability and/or maturity assessments.
  • Illustrate, mobilize, and manage security enhancement projects and programmes.
  • Construct and implement precise information security solutions covering people, process and technology.
  • Coordinate the client relationship for the delivery of penetration testing of IT infrastructure and applications, which would be implemented by a technical supporting team.
  • Feedback to a cyber-attack involving both crisis management and investigations
  • Instructing on Privacy and Data Protection matters.
  • Having a wider viewpoint of potential issues encountered when handling multicultural teams and the strategies to overcome them; have an explicit understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more all-encompassing culture.
  • Delivery of client engagements, which mostly consists of leading the fieldwork delivery using a team of resources and planning and staffing projects for clients based on complex deliverables and programmes of work.
  • Taking the lead for budgets and client deliverables.
  • Proof of working with management teams to identify, generate, develop, pursue and execute sales opportunities.
  • Improvement of sales pipelines and new proposals and services.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science or related field.
  • Qualification such as M.Inst.ISP, CISSP, CISM, CCNP, CIPP/E preferred.
  • Holds (or is able to hold) at least national security clearance in the GCC.
  • Preferably internal or external consultancy experience.
  • Considerable Cyber Security experience within a variety of industry areas.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and history of developing strong client relationships.
  • Wide range of security experience, e.g. cyber strategy, security transformation programmes, security target operating models, firewall rule set review security change initiatives, security technologies (such as information protection, network segregation etc.), privacy, security standards such as ISF, ISO, SANS etc.
  • Knows how to develop bids/tender documents
  • Responsibility for key client stakeholders' relationships (middle management and CxO level).
  • Formidable technical abilities, combined with business awareness.
