Job Summary: The Learning & Development Manager will analyze/ recommend the business needs and accordingly support in planning, implementing and maintaining L&D processes and systems within HR which enable to fully leverage the skills and talents of our people. To coordinate and address all the learning needs of the businesses and assist in delivery/ manage internal and external trainings programs.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify training and development needs within the assets through job analysis, performance appraisal and regular consultation with line managers and HR.
  • Tasked with designing and expanding training/ development programs based on the needs of the organization to achieve the desired business outcome.
  • Plan/ monitor the implementations of all training curriculums and processes across FEC assets.
  • Serve as point of contact as administrator for FEC learning management system and performance management systems and prepare a monthly MIS report / dash board.
  • Coordinate and conduct performance appraisals process through all stages, producing training materials for in-house courses to address skill gaps.
  • Establish a database of trainings vendors for specialist trainings programs.
  • The incumbent will identify target audience for compliance trainings programs in line with government requirements and monitor attendance.
  • Manage trainings evaluation through feedback tools and maintain instructor rating records.
  • Amending and revising programs as necessary in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment or change in business / operations strategy.
  • Responsible of L&D communications like (plans, monthly curriculums…etc)
  • Provide support in preparing L&D budget and control the cost.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
  • At least five years’ experience in L&D with two years in a managerial position.
