Job Summary: The Catering Executive will manage the overall operations of the catering unit, develop the business and ensure effective and efficient day-to-day operations. To be considered for this role you will need to have experience working in catering, staff training, and budgets as well as catering facility setup.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must have two years' experience as a Catering Executive or in a similar position within the region.
Excellent leadership and operational skills to deliver ongoing high quality food
Exceptional communication skills and comprehensive business development and reporting skills.
Previous experience in catering operations and sales would be an advantage.
NB: Due to the time frame and location of the role preference will be given to candidates immediately available and in the UAE.
