Job Title:   Call Center Agent / Customer Service Agent – Telecom

Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Responds to customer inquiries; provides routine/complex information; handles complaints; follows up on issues; seeks/gives feedback.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The Call Center Agent / Customer Service Agent – Telecom must hold a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • At least two years’ experience in call center – telecom sector. (international call center experience is preferred)
  • Candidate should have a technical support back ground. (LAN, WAN, Router configuration, TCP/IP knowledge, etc.).
  • Communication Skills (verbal and written)
  • Possess basic IT technical background related to Intern/Network/Mobile phone/Network Protocols such as HTTP, FTP, SMTP etc.)
  • Language - Must be Bilingual (Arabic + English)
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Age: Below 35 years
