Job Description

Job Title:  OPS Coordinator

Job Summary: The OPS Coordinator will provide support to the SIG Unit in managing the coordination activity and the CDD activity for Unit Heads. The main expectation from the candidate joining the team is ensuring a superior client servicing and seamless processing of transactions

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Account Opening:

  • Smooth Account opening process is implemented and necessary Account maintenance is taken care of
  • Supporting Asst Manager Business Support in Account opening activity

Reports:

 

 

 

 

  • Timely preparation of reports
  • Ensure that the Coordinator team is preparing submitting Daily reports and Consolidation of Monthly reports follow up with the ARMRM on the same and necessary escalation if the same is not resolved within 7 days
    • Past Due
    • Doc Deficiency Report
    • Pipeline report
    • Daily Exception Report
    • Major Exception Report

CDD:

  • Completion of the CDD activity
  • Supporting Asst Manager Business Support in CDD exercise
