Job Summary: The Transformation Strategist determines the strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for the organization. You will identify and capture relevant data required to perform clinical, operational and financial improvement initiatives based on an understanding of the operation aspects of the health care delivery systems and the client goals and strategies. The associate in this role will also assess and analyze organizational adoption of Cerner solutions, facilitating the current and future states gap analysis, articulating the impact of applications on the future state workflow, role and venue. This includes performing root cause analysis, identifying workflow inefficiencies and supporting the redesign process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Healthcare Information Technology
At least 5 years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) project management or consulting work experience
At least 3 years Clinical or Healthcare work experience
At least 3 years Cerner solution knowledge
At least 3 years people management or leadership experience
