Job Title:  Trade Sales and Service Officer – Associate (Customer Service Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify trade factoring potential existing clients Support RMs in selling trade factoring products
  • Joint client meetings along with RMs
  • Canvassing New to Bank clients with trade factoring potential
  • Canvassing new to Trade new to factoring clients
  • Monitoring the progress on deals in pipe line converting same at earliest
  • Ensuring that MIS such as Utilization report are scrutinized followed up with clients for optimum utilization
  • Initiate client calling program on a daily basis to enhance maximum penetration for Trade within the existing clientele
  • Introduce Smart business Trade on line to existing new customers
  • Ensure minimum TATs with the credit approval as per the SLA and within the units to ensure service excellence
  • To be conversant with the full range of SME banking products with special emphasis on trade factoring products
  • Assisting the clients in resolving their issues with regard to trade
  • Analyze existing process recommend ways for infusing efficiency
  • Introduce SMS Email alert systems to all clients to reduce phone email follow ups
  • Conduct Training Programs for RMs CSRs
  • Organize training session workshops for clients whenever requested
  • Update knowledge on the new developments rules regulations locally as well as globally

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • At least three to four years of relevant banking experience preferably in Trade sales or Relationship management with at least two years of experience in a trade finance division of a bank
  • Understands the why of applying principles and regulations
  • Aware of the procedures Software systems relevant in the area of work can apply to them on a daily basis
  • Adherence to policies
  • Knowledge of basic banking operations
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations
  • Concerns for quality
  • Self confidence works without needing supervision appears confident in person presents self strongly
  • Describes ones own strength how they can be applied to the benefit of the organization
  • Effective team player
  • Age: 22-35 years
