Job Title:  Manager T&I Service Delivery – HR

Job Summary:  The Manager T&I Service Delivery – HR will coordinate the introduction of changes to procedures and configuration by collaborating with T&I SMEs to ensure translation of business needs into system changes and adoption of new functionalities.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Implement the Function/Department strategy to ensure alignment with Company strategy
  • Policies and procedures: Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
  • People Development: Manage the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize performance
  • Safety, Quality & Environment: Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Analyze, evaluate, map and create design to align business processes & solution architecture
  • Identify potential improvements for HR, evaluate and articulate the value and develop long-term HR IT roadmaps
  • Optimize HR Business Processes, design HR IT solution architecture and help organization to adopt Best Practices
  • Lead projects involving alignment of multiple teams, including people from different regions and cultures
  • Work closely with digital transformation and business units, SAP consultants to develop and drive business cases
  • Manage end / key users challenges and escalations in a proactive and structured manner
  • Support the development of new assets, self-services and methodologies to drive digital business transformation
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in Digital HR


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Degree - MBA is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge in more than one of the following areas of Succcessfactors: Talent Management, HR Analytics, HR Core, Business Process Management, HR IT Architecture, Business Architecture, Employee Central Organization Management, Payroll and Shared Service Centre
  • Successfully completed international HR business transformations projects
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a proven track record of Consultancy services
  • Profound understanding of Digital Transformation and its impact on HR strategies
  • A minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience, e.g. Success Factors and Employee Central projects, with a reputed consulting company, system integrator or corporate HR department
  • Experience in designing IT Roadmaps and articulating the business value associated
  • Experience in conducting and leading Design Thinking workshops would be an advantage.
  • Management Consulting Experience in Business and IT Strategy and Governance, Value Management, Enterprise Architecture, Business Process Management, Shared Services, HR Center of Excellence
  • Awareness of global cultural differences; previous work experience in a multi-national environment preferred
