Job Title:  Emiratisation Specialist - UAE National)

Salary AED: 24,000

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure talent sourcing in line with the Company’s approved manpower plans and the established standard procedures and guidelines of the company are being adhered to
  • Relevant regulations, including equal employment opportunity and workplace diversity in sourcing and placing of talent in the company is adhered to consistently
  • Manage the implementation of optimal & cost-efficient recruitment plans that maximize efficiency and provide professional support & advice on recruitment & selection processes
  • Advise the business on best practice recruit and select to ensure cost effective manpower sourcing and maximize fit and retention work placements and National graduates
  • Deliver sourcing solutions to meet the manpower recruitment in line with business plans and growth needs and ensure generation of diverse pools of talent database
  • Coordinate with third party consultancies and recruitment agencies as part of the process to ensure long term business partnership that enables in sourcing the right candidates
  • Review and develop recruitment processes, guidelines and selection methods or different levels including temporary staffing to executive placement and ensure quality sourcing practices and methodologies are in place through creative approaches and challenging processes are in place
  • Making us of referral generation, Internet sourcing, advertisement placement, direct sourcing, networking, recruitment agencies, head hunting and internal vacancies
  • Conduct panel Interviews in coordination with the Line departments to ensure right candidates meeting the job requirements in terms of behavioral and technical skills are selected and placed thereby ensuring best person for the job and the right fit for the company
  • Continually benchmark and keep abreast of latest trends and recruitment practices across industry sectors and promote and develop best practices to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment services provided to the Company
  • Prepare and present regular and accurate reports for all relevant recruitment initiatives including sourcing channels, cost and time to hire, candidate quality and intern or work placement conversion rates to full time hires for management information and decision making

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  The Emiratisation Specialist UAE National should have experience in a related job role
