Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be directly reporting to the Regional Commercial Director – Middle East &Turkey for the Power Solutions Aftermarket Division. You will be part of an emergent team that is focused in expanding our footprint and customer base in the region to achieve our strong growth objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be the first point of contact for all the customers once an order has been placed and uphold a strong relationship with them in order to deliver an excellent customer experience in line with their delivery requirements. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the sales team at a regional level.
As a Customer Service Representative you will be handling the end to end order management and supply chain process (Receiving orders from clients, follow ups, delivery process, helping customers resolving their issues / queries).
You will manage multiple orders simultaneously, with an average processing time of 30+ days.
You will be also supporting the sales team in generating reports and doing strategic market research. You will also generate sales forecast reports and also implement improvement plans by using your expertise and industry experience.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Five years of experience in customer service/sales support role for a volume commodity export business
Proven experience of sales order management for Middle East customer base
Experience of working in multinational organizations with a matrix environment
You are an assertive communicator, Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have Customer focused attitude which will help to build strong relationship with our global customers.
Fluent language skills in English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good attention to detail, process oriented, customer focused and ready to take ownership
Experience of working in a sales support role within the automotive industry
Fluent language skills in either Spanish, German or Arabic
Working knowledge and experience of SAP
Experience of producing and preparing sales reports
