Job Description

Job Title:  HR Business Partner

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Rener support in the development and implementations of department strategy according to the company strategy, responsible in setting section's operational goals, initiate measures and have accountability in reaching these goals to improve the overall unit's performance
  • Support the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against departmental goals
  • Foster organizational culture by establishing quality awareness and service orientation and complying and implementing processes such as Project Management and Change Management
  • Develop, implement and ensure adherence of policies and procedures
  • Liaise with the organization's leaders to support their human capital strategy in relation to business needs
  • Support in building a successful modern HR function with support of daily HR operations
  • Link financial value and impact on workforce planning
  • Update and establish new HR Policies and Procedures and related documents as well as reviewing and revising existing ones under consideration of available standards such as but not limited to legal, company and audit standards
  • Responsible for implementation and achieving compliance of HR Policies and Procedures with the support of the respective parties and act as consultancy professional providing advice/counsel to assist line managers and staff in understanding and implementing policies and procedures

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a relevant HR certifications such as CIPD, PHR, SPHR, etc. is a plus
  • At least five years of experience in Compensation and Benefit and job evaluation with proven experience in designing compensation, benefits and incentive programs
  • Proficient knowledge in HR processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with labor laws and local regulations in the Middle East region
  • Thorough knowledge in Compensation and Benefit and job evaluation
  • Arabic speaking is a must
