Job Summary: The Senior Customer Data Analyst should be an analytical and CRM focused person with working knowledge of OBIEE and SQL.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Extensive knowledge of database structures and data warehousing principles and have solid experience in SQL with the ability to ETL both structured and unstructured data from various sources; experience with SAP CRM, SAP BW and SAP Business Intelligence is highly preferred
Should have strong working knowledge on oracle OBIEE , Power BI
Should understanding and in command-line statistical analysis software (e.g. SAS, SPSS) – not compulsory
Should have good working knowledge of Applied Regression techniques - Multilinear, Logistic (both Binary and Categorical), Distributed Lags, Time Series, Generalized Linear models, Principal component regression
Excel at collaborating and solving problems in a cross-functional team environment
Have strong writing, data visualization and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner to senior executives
High level of analytical skills in relation to campaign performance.
Substantial experience with the use of relational databases for data storage and analysis including fluency with using SQL for data extraction and management (MSSQL 2012, MySQL, etc.) and Microsoft BI tools (Excel Power Pivot, OLAP and MS Analysis Services 2012)
Interest and knowledge in business intelligence, business/program analysis and reporting is a must
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially MS Excel 2010) is a must
Results oriented individual with strong quantitative and analytical competencies
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Excellent written, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with tight deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment
Experience dealing with large data sets would be an advantage
Knowledge of Statistical analysis tools like SAS and SPSS would be a plus
Previous experience in Business Intelligence department of ecommerce would be a plus
MS Office Suite (Excel – Capable of writing macros / Advanced formulas)
