Job Summary: The CRM Analyst will help support the growth and development of KPMG’s business across the Lower Gulf region, through its offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman. The CRM Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for KPMG’s CRM management and analytics needs. The purpose of this position is to manage both technical and business aspects of the CRM tool and provide accurate and insightful analysis and reports to a specified time schedule. Central to this role is the development and roll-out of strategic CRM and reporting initiatives that will deliver meaningful recommendations to the firm’s top management in making data-driven decisions. In addition, he/she will be working closely with all functions within the Markets team to help leverage the tool for all business development initiatives within the functions.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management of MS Dynamics based CRM tool – which is used for financial reporting, contacts management and campaign management.
  • Design strategic reports and dashboards based on CRM data that will drive management decision making in all account planning meetings.
  • Generate regular reports for Heads of Departments within the business, to provide current financial performance updates and account status updates.
  • Work as a liaison between the business and Markets to understand key business reporting requirements and implement tool enhancements as required
  • Conduct financial and quantitative analysis for input into leadership presentations
  • Conduct CRM trainings for all user levels
  • Work closely with a team of 4 technical experts based in KPMG India re ongoing development, maintenance and updates to the system

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The CRM Analyst must hold a master’s degree ideally in business, economics or informatics
  • 5-6 years post-qualification experience – ideally gained in a large corporate background
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to synthesis large data to derive meaningful insights
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel
  • Prior knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM
  • Effective organisational and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with challenging deadlines, multiple stakeholders and opinions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to develop working relationships with all levels ie most senior to junior people
  • Energetic, positive and motivated team player
