Job Summary: The HR Administration Officer will be supporting and Oil & Gas major in exploring, appraising, developing, and producing oil and gas resources in the Middle East, Africa and Central and Southeast Asia.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee Data Management:
Administers maintains and monitors the record of personal and required documents of new joiners, existing employee and resigning employee in personal files and Oracle system to ensure efficient access and retrieval of the documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
Conducts appropriate audits of HR database to ensure data integrity and insure closeout of all required documentation.
Coordinates with Government Affairs Department to provide necessary/required documents for work permit application, visa application and other related documents of expatriate permits as per Government regulation.
Maintains and update formalities documents, both in hardcopy and softcopy and in the Oracle to ensure availability of documents when needed including but not limited to the audit process.
L&D Program Administration
Coordinates and support L&D Specialist in administration and communication of training documentation and material.
Administer of training evaluation and training report to ensure completion of training activities.
Prepare and organize annual Medical Check Up for all employees as per timeline.
Coordinate and organize internal and external HR event i.e. meetings, workshop, communication sessions, etc to ensure these events are well prepared and running smoothly.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The HR Administration Officer should have a minimum of three years’ experience in HR Management
International Human Resources practices.
At least three to five years of Human Resource Management.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in both Thai & English are a must.
