To cut, dress, groom, style and shave client’s beard and to practice Acqua di Parma massage and treatments
To manage the relationship with the clients in the Counter, having as objective to sell products and to present in the proper way the Brand Image, giving effective information regarding products and events, gathering market and competitive knowledge
Build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow up activities, propose and support the organization of events, suggest new ideas, comparing with Counter Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant for the Barber - Acqua di Parma - Dubai Mall UAE Job placement should hold a Barber School Degree or similar Degree
English and a second foreign language is preferred
Previous experience in a Barber shop
Excellent sales skills and relational skills
Strong sensibility to luxury
Affinity / passion for the brand
Focus on results
