Job Summary: The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for all finance management related activities including the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and processes, budgeting and monitoring construction costs, produce accurate and timely cost management reports, manage planning and forecasting processes and auditing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Produce financial and cost management reports
Regularly monitor cash flows and predict future requirements
Compile and analyze financial data in order to make sound financial management decisions in running the business
Keenly analyze project costs, pricing and the company's actual performance compared to plans
Oversee operations of the finance department; set goals, objectives and design a framework for these to be met and manage audits
In charge of workshop and warehouse operations and reporting
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
