Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will provide support to Baker Hughes in the UAE.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision, provides support to Procurement staff.
  • Inputs and verifies correctness of data.
  • The Customer Service Representative also prepares and maintains Baker Hughes routine data files and reports in compliance with established policies.
  • Performs copying and printing functions of documents and records.
  • Actively uses continuous improvement tools to improve HS&E, quality, delivery, financial performance, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned.
  • Conducts all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant for the Baker Hughes Customer Service Representative job placement must hold a
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical, math, communication and interpersonal skills.
