Job Summary: The Head of Digital Channels will be responsible for developing, leading and managing the entire digital strategy for the group by using an integrated multi-channel approach (including online banking, mobile banking, ATM & contact center) through monitoring service quality, receiving customer feedback and maximising cross sell opportunities to enhance process efficiency and service quality while enhancing the level of digitisation in the group's transaction
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Head of Digital Channels must hold a Degree in Business, IT or any relevant discipline
Fifteen years of experience in the banking industry
