Job Description

Job Title:  Store Coordinator

Job Summary: The Store Coordinator will maintain and record all inventories at store up to date and  issue/receive materials to meet highest level of customer satisfaction.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To receive the Materials from the suppliers against Purchase Orders and accept items after final inspection by user department.
  • To arrange barcode for materials and stack in the designated shelf upon Material Inspection carried out by User Dept.
  • To issue the materials against Work Order and Material Requisition Forms and posting them in the system including issuing of Gas Oil.
  • To maintain all filing works carried out on daily basis as per ISO procedure.
  • To assist in the Inventory Auditing.
  • To create PR  in the system.
  • To segregate the Hazard Materials in the designated area.
  • To update New Item Codes, photos and details of parts  in the system.
  • Comply with the requirement of the Abu Dhabi Ports health and safety Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Ensure that Materials received complying with  Purchase order, with proper MSDS, Test Certificates and in good condition.
  • To receive the Materials from the suppliers against Purchase Orders and accept items after final inspection by user department.
  • To arrange barcode for materials and stack in the designated shelf upon Material Inspection carried out by User Dept.
  • To issue the materials against Work Order and Material Requisition Forms and posting them in the system including issuing of Gas Oil.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant must hold a high School level education diploma, computer literate.
  • At least five years of Stores Experience and inventory control in computerized environment.
  • Requires the ability to interpret applicable company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to speak in English ( Reading/ Writing/ Speaking)
  • Arabic and any additional languages would be deemed an advantage.
  • Knowledge of stores related jobs.
