Job Description

Job Title:  HR Analyst

Reports to: HR Manager


Job Summary: The HR Analyst is responsible for performing Human Resource administrative work and providing analysis of various Human Resource programs and initiatives.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Administer assigned functions, such as recruitment, classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, leave and benefits administration
  • Collect and analyse data
  • Track trends and developments in all HR areas
  • Conduct studies, perform research and prepare reports
  • Review, interpret and recommend policy, process or improvement programs on all HR areas (recruitment & selection, induction and orientation, performance management, training, HR admin etc.…)
  • Ensure compliance with rules and regulations


  • Collect and compile all the worker’s timesheets
  • Prepare leave settlements and EOS
  • Process worker’s payroll

HR Admin

  • Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government, including but not limited to visit visas, employment or residence visas, labour permits etc…
  • Follow-up passport renewals and remind the concerned person when required
  • Manage periodical employee details checks in the HR payroll system such as PP/Visa/Emirates ID etc…
  • Draft Offer Letter and Employment Contract following the HR Manager instructions
  • Manage the air ticket request for booking
  • Uniform management: order and delivery
  • Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Perform disciplinary action when required in compliance with the company disciplinary policy and following the HR Manager guidance
  • Process documents (enrollment & cancellation) required by health insurance for eligible employees
  • Manage the process of the internal medical scheme


  • Support the HR Manager in the implementation of the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Manage special projects when assigned


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicant should have proven experience in HR and full spectrum knowledge of HR functions (workforce planning, recruitment, training, learning & development, compensation & benefits etc..)
  • Good business acumen

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
