Job Summary: The Document Controller must be able to demonstrate a proven track record working in an administration, or Document Controller role, in a project environment.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • At least eight years of experience in Document Controlling, preferably in the field of engineering.
  • Good computer skills should include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and online document management system
  • Excellent Aconex experience
  • Preferably with working experience in INDesign media software or other Adobe/publishing software
  • You will be highly organised and resourceful, with the ability to manage the control of documentation across several projects, at a time
  • You are proactive, efficient and enjoy working in a team environment
  • You are highly motivated and eager to learn new systems in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications skills in English - written and oral, essential.
  • You will have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your day while working on multiple tasks. Ideally you will also be self-motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team while supporting them to deliver their outcomes.
