Job Summary: The Document Controller must be able to demonstrate a proven track record working in an administration, or Document Controller role, in a project environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
At least eight years of experience in Document Controlling, preferably in the field of engineering.
Good computer skills should include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) and online document management system
Excellent Aconex experience
Preferably with working experience in INDesign media software or other Adobe/publishing software
You will be highly organised and resourceful, with the ability to manage the control of documentation across several projects, at a time
You are proactive, efficient and enjoy working in a team environment
You are highly motivated and eager to learn new systems in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills in English - written and oral, essential.
You will have an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your day while working on multiple tasks. Ideally you will also be self-motivated and enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team while supporting them to deliver their outcomes.
