Job Summary: We are currently looking to hire Recruitment Interns who would be interested to work for an International Recruitment Company for the Dubai office for a period of 6 months after which the internship will turn into a permanent position
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Consultants in servicing for vacancies in an efficient manner within an agreed time frame.
Getting actively involved in achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators.
Getting actively involved in the recruitment process including resume screening, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.
Knowledge of market trends, competitor information and sourcing techniques. to develop effective candidate acquisition.
Supporting clients in finding the right candidates for their roles.
Able to generate market trends.
Complete each task with excellence.
Build professional relationship.
Capable of working in a high performance environment.
