Job Summary: The Creative Content Manager – Wojooh will be responsible for developing and implementing a content strategy for Wojooh and Wow by Wojooh, being the creative and art manager for the brand. You will also manage all photoshoots & video shoots for both Wojooh & Wow by Wojooh, from art direction to production and manage all copywriting, always ensuring that the tone of voice is maintained in all communication touch points.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all content and creative activities for Wojooh, Wojooh.com and Wow by Wojooh.
Develop a yearly comprehensive Content Strategy that aligns with the Wojooh Strategy & Vision and overall Marketing Strategy of Wojooh.
Develop all the creative concepts for both Wojooh & Wow by Wojooh Campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Ensure that the tone of voice, creative DNA and integrity of the brand is always maintained in any creative or communication for both Wojooh and Wow by Wojooh.
Develop detailed content & creative budgets, timelines, calendars and processes amongst the team.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by team members.
Oversee content & creative work that is created with freelancers and agencies, taking full responsibility for the editing, approval and delivery of the outsourced work.
Ensure that both Wojooh and Wow by Wojooh meet the current creative trends and content formats.
Work closely with the E-Commerce, Wow by Wojooh and Digital Marketing Team, to produce content and creative work that is adapted to their specific needs.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a University degree in Arts/Graphic Design (BFA – Bachelor in fine arts).
Five years’ experience working in a creative and/or marketing team.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign required.
Copywriting skills required.
Adobe After Effects & other video editing skills are a plus.
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
Exceptional writing and creative skills, with the ability to adopt the style and tone of voice of Wojooh and Wow by Wojooh.
Experience in video & photoshoot production.
A keen eye for detail.
Must be resourceful, innovative and very creative.
Up to date with the latest trends in content marketing, new formats, digital marketing and international & local creative trends.
Multi-tasking and strong organizational skills.
Experience handling budgets.
Excellent communication skills.
A collaborative and enthusiastic approach to working in a team.
