Job Summary: The Digital & Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing the brand’s digital marketing strategy and assisting the Digital marketing team in optimizing the brand’s digital campaigns and engaging with its customers online.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
  • Drive online traffic to the website through different channels
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Launch and manage existing brand’s Social Media pages.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal brand goals
  • Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand message
  • Regularly monitor competitor social media sites and create competitor analysis reports
  • Respond to customers’ requests made via social media, email, forum etc. (this is called community management)
  • Implement the strategy to drive traffic to website (online advertising, links, bloggers outreach etc.).
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the brands’ website.
  • Define an influencer marketing strategy for the brand and build relationships with those key influencers for certain projects


Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a University Degree or certification in Marketing.
  • Three to five years of regional experience in the marketing field.
  • Experience in social media platform management and ecommerce.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
