Job Summary: The Marketing Analyst MPS EMA will be supporting the Platform Leader. (EMA) for Infusion and Flush and Clinical Leader as well as your own projects on Infusion and Flush Practice (90%) and support on day to day administrative needs (10%). Super User for MPS EMA, you will serve as a key point of contact for the regions, partners and internal stakeholders and will also be the key Champion for MPS EMA ( Super User ) and will generate EMA SFDC reports as requested by the LT and regions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Funnel reporting and discussions with regional super users
Coordinate with Regions to ensure Data Quality is maintained across regions as well as with IT Support for SFDC updates and roll-outs
Support Regional coordinators and super users to ensure successful roll-out of new updates, new versions and provide efficient training for implementation.
Support Partner Roll out and implementation in EMA.
Support the Regional Clinical and Marketing Team to organize training events as well as assisting with arranging travel and process expenses.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a degree
Three to five years’ experience in reporting, project coordination or a similar function.
You will also have Exposure to marketing programs and market methodology research as well as Exposure to CRM programs (preferred SFDC).
You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently with little supervision.
