Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Provide daily support to In-Filed Teams and Brand Teams & active participation in brand team meetings and activities.
  • Coordinate Market Research projects and provide analytics to Management Team and Brand Teams and make sure that the Global and Local MR Policies are strictly followed.
  • Regularly assess information/data needs of Brand Teams & propose methods for brand KPI’s performance tracking and benchmarking.
  • Take part in Resource Allocation Process: Portfolio Optimization, Sales Force Structure & In-Field Team Strategy.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and execution of Business Intelligence projects and plans for franchise and portfolio products, ensuring that all projects fit into the overall franchise and portfolio strategic plans
  • Identify & evaluate new suppliers and negotiate to ensure maximum benefit and minimizing cost for the organization
  • Conduct surveys as needed in line with Organization Strategy and full compliance. e.g. “Stakeholder Segmentation”.
  • Own Customer Insight identification, discovery and development.
  • Manage CRM System and generate Ad-hoc and monthly KPIs that shared with BU’s, AMT, Brand Teams and IFTs.
  • Build on existing CRM and develop functionalities including KAM/KAS implementation strategies, CLM & Multi Chanel Marketing.
  • Build meaningful dashboards that provide insights to the BU’s and AMT about the Affiliate Performance.
  • Manage the existing MAP System and provide support to the users as needed in collaboration with Region/Area OEC.
  • Generate meaningful MAP Analytics and share with OEC, AMT, BU’s and Brand Teams as needed.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a degree level qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in Business Analytics Systems (Qlikview & Qlik Sense) is a huge Plus.
  • Experience in project management is required
  • Experience in CRM tools is required
  • Experience in product/brand market research is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of CRM, SFE tools and systems
  • Knowledge of sales force measures and metrics as well as of the fundamental aspects of affiliate financial performance
  • Knowledge of basic SFA (Sales force Automation) processes and tools
  • Understanding of brand planning cycle
  • Good understanding of the organizational processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of market research providers and contact within main agencies.
  • Knowledge of the broader healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of the industry practices and new developments
  • Business acumen and knowledge of commercial aspects
  • Business acumen across different functions
  • Knowledge of financial processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare environment and the impact on the organization
