Job Title:  Sales Manager- Industrial Automation

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve Order Intake, Sales and Gross Margin targets within assigned region/customers
  • Generate and implement initiatives for the sales of complete process industries and digital factory  portfolio through channels
  • Generate and implement customer development plans for the existing and new channels
  • Maintain and manage existing customers in the region. Create brand awareness for Siemens Channels
  • Regular update of customer information and pipeline in the CRM tool.
  • Implement Electronic Order processing with assigned customers throughout the region.
  • Actively promote the product portfolio elements throughout the region to maximize Life Cycle Business with assigned customers.
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant should have extensive customer facing/engagement exposure, driving innovate business models and methods within a commercial environment.
  • Seven years’ experience in Sales position within Industrial automation business.
  • 2-3 years of experience in account management or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of product sales.
