Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Associate will be supporting the digital marketing team in delivering the firms FY17/18 strategy and to move KPMG along in its digital journey. Under the overall guidance of the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be working in close collaboration with the Markets, Sector, Services and Solution teams– to help promote the firms work, knowledge and reputation across the UAE and Oman.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
With some experience and knowledge of digital platforms, including websites, social media and content management, you will support the team in day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc projects across the firm’s external and client-facing digital channels. These include:
Build, grow and nurture KPMG online communities on key social media channels, while maintaining competitive engagement – help to manage content on channels – LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, Podbean, YouTube, Instagram, Slideshare (coming soon)
Collaborate with global marketing and local service lines/ solutions/ sectors to leveraging social media programs to support business objectives
Uploading and maintaining content on the firm’s apps
Actively contribute to the development of digital marketing campaigns and manage online advertising
Manage the influencer outreach program by identifying and engaging with online influencers relevant to KPMG industries and service lines
Generating reports on key activity and engagement analytics for visitors on the website and email communications
Ensure adherence to social media standards and guidelines, while identifying trademark violations to mitigate risk
Working with the digital marketing manager and content team and champions to update thought leadership on the internal and external website (UAE and Oman)
