Job Summary: The Assistant Manager, AMCs and Asset Management  assists and supports the IT SRM Team in developing and managing relationships with suppliers who supply IT goods and or services to ENBD Group This role is also responsible for maintaining up to date inventories for Maintenance Contracts, AMCs Licenses and IT Assets

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assists with the management tracking and renewal termination of IT AMCs
  • Assists with the management tracking and renewal termination of IT Licenses
  • Assists with the management and tracking of IT Assets
  • Assists in resolving issues queries regarding the above quickly and effectively
  • Assists in ensuring clear communications are in place with all stakeholders e.g. Group Procurement Legal Business Units internal Stakeholders and Finance Teams
  • Assists with ensuring any audit issues regarding AMCs Licenses Assets are quickly and accurately resolved
  • Ensuring accurate and up to date inventories are available for AMCs Licenses Assets and provide financial updates to Management Teams as and when required
  • Ensuring all copies of contracts for AMCs Licenses are accessible and available to view when required
  • Ensuring all AMCs are renewed on time or terminated and before the expiry date
  • Ensuring all licenses are renewed on time or terminated and before the expiry date
  • Assists with developing Dashboards for reporting purposes
  • Ensuring all Dashboards are accurate and up to date
  • Providing regular management updates on AMCs to the Senior Management Team frequency to be agreed
  • Ensuring all deadlines on deliverables are achieved and quickly reports to the AVP IT SRM Manager if any performance issues arise
