Job Summary: The Guest Service Centre Agent (Arabic speaker) will be responsible answer incoming call and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments through the switchboard or system. Multitasking abilities will always come in handy, because a switchboard operator may be asked to do other jobs as well. You must be polite and courteous while answering the phone. You will need Open and close telephone functionality on the hotel front office software.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
One year of experience in the role
Familiar with the hotel operations
Fluent in English & Arabic both verbal and written
