Job Summary: An International Insurance provider, based in Dubai, are seeking an International Business Developer, to grow a book of business, based on current market knowledge and contacts, whilst acting as a visible leader in industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and current clients.
Outside sales involving solicitation of new clients.
The International Business Developer, MENA will also identify key decision makers, clients or prospects and their risks needs.
Meet specific annual sales goals.
Maintain and grow a book of business in collaboration with account manager.
Design and implement sales programs, projects, and campaigns with assistance from marketing.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre, with strong technical understanding and experience in international insurance and risk management, ideally experience within MENA.
You will thrive in an intensely collaborate, entrepreneurial environment and have the ability and flexibility to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
