About Meraas Holding Management Trainee Program (UAE Nationals):
Meraas Holding is proud to introduce Management Trainee Program designed for fresh graduates which is aimed at helping young U.A.E nationals in their transition from university to workplace and provide with an opportunity to develop and grow. The training period is for six months within the allocated department and the candidate will be equipped with functional development plan and HR behavioral training plan during this period. The candidate will join us as Management Trainee, post-employment confirmation and successful completion of the training requirements, the trainee will then be assigned as full time employee. The applicants for the Meraas Holding Management Trainee Program should be U.A.E nationals who are fresh graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.
