Job Summary: The HR Specialist - Project Management - Corporate Services will support with the project policy review process, track the changes efficiently, consolidate the final policies, and assist with implementation plan/delivery, including delivery and communication.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should have proven record of accomplishment in HR project management and delivery including maintaining an action log and change requests
Must have experience in drafting/editing HR policy documentation, SOP’s, Employee Handbooks, HR Process Maps
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency in the use of word and spread sheets
Attention to detail, must be organised and efficient.
Ability to analyse and concisely explain verbally and in writing.
Ability to multi-task within a demanding environment.
