Key Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • The Department Coordinator provides administrative and secretarial support by the senior Management through correspondence services (emails, Memos, letters, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, filing and records) with task accomplished on the specific period and ensures a balanced and effective use of managerial time through an organized and systematic diary management.
  • Delivers accurate results of all periodic and non-periodic reports, P&L Budget/Income Reports and other business/management Information required within deadline to facilitate management review and decision making
  • Identifies, deals with and resolves, on behalf of the unit, delegated issues pertaining to IT, SEC, HR & Corporate Communications that arise to facilitate smooth running and continuity of business while handling Internal/external coordination/interfaces
  • Ensures a well-maintained storage and efficient tracking of stock levels to assist in availability of stationary, pantry, IT & office supplies at all times in a cost effective manner
  • Maintains a problem-free record on planning and arranging events with a cost-effective and efficient execution.

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:        

  • The Department Coordinator must hold be a High School Graduate and trained in this field
  • Previous experience in operation
