Job Summary: The Implementation and Application Support Analyst with WAY4 experience will become a member of the Application Support Work Stream and your role is to provide technical support, configuration and implementation for the card management system WAY4 at Texel Global.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and provide incident management for the card system and different integrations
Provide 2nd level support for the Way4 product and surrounding integrations to CMS
Perform functional testing
Offer support to Tech refresh team for migration & testing project.
Follow ITIL incident management and change management process
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Implementation and Application Support Analyst must have a background in the Card technology, ATM, POS, Settlement etc.
Three years of EFT Technical support, configuration and Implementation experience
Knowledge on Way4 Modules - Issuing, Advanced Application, Transaction Processing, Daily Procedure, Products, Tariff Management, Service Package, Accounting schemes, Access management, Net server, Health Monitoring and Scheduler
Clear understanding of other Switches and Card Management Systems (CMS)
Application, production support and troubleshooting skills
