Job Summary: The Partner Account Manager will be working closely with multiple Expo departments and stakeholders to deliver contractual rights and benefits, and identify ‘win/win’ value-add opportunities.. The Partner Account Manager will also be the main point of contact for the day-to-day servicing of assigned partner relationships for Expo 2020.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as main point of contact for day-to-day servicing of partners, including the fulfillment and reporting of contractual rights and benefits;
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key Partner contacts and other Expo departments (Events, Ticketing, Licensing, Legacy, ICT, Real Estate & Delivery etc.);
Ongoing, daily liaison with Expo marcomms team to ensure on-time delivery of world class activations;
Identify up-sell opportunities amongst partners to help meet Expo’s stretching targets;
Establish and maintain effective account management processes for assigned partners – meetings formats, reporting templates, knowledge sharing etc.;
Work closely with Partners to define metrics and reporting tools for auditing purposes.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Partner Account Manager must hold a Bachelor’s Degree;
Seven years of relevant experience
Prior account management experience;
Experience of activating and managing both B2C & B2B sponsorships;
Understanding and proven experience in delivering business and brand KPIs;
Strong administrative and organizational skills; attentive to detail;
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Highly motivated and hardworking team player; willing to work weekends and long hours to get the job done.
