Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Secretary

Job Summary: The Regulatory Affairs Secretary will assist the preparation, submission and maintenance of regulatory files. Will be responsible to provide comprehensive administration support to the department.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares correspondence, memo, templates, flowcharts, presentation and other related works.
- The Regulatory Affairs Secretary prepares CTD Dossier separators, indexes and labels for different countries.
- Assists the regulatory colleagues in preparing e-CTD, scanning documents, converting application form from PDF to MS Word format.
- Handles day to day regulatory activity such as receiving mails, memos and distribute information.
- Prepares regulatory status and reports.
- Sorts, arranges, fills, and run errands to different departments for signature and follow up and perform other related duties and additional tasks as required.
- Organizes and coordinates meetings, conferences, travel arrangements.
- Coordinates the flow of information both internally and external.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Regulatory Affairs Secretary must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or any related business courses.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience
- Knowledgeable of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Familiar with working on SAP system is preferred.
- Knowledgeable of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Excellent organizational & time Management skills.
