Our Drilling segment is one of the leading global suppliers of integrated drilling systems for onshore and offshore applications. Equipment we design and manufacture include blow-out preventers (BOPs), control systems, drilling risers and valves, manifolds and other rig products, parts and services. Because of an increased focus on safety and tighter regulation, Drilling has seen an increase in customers wanting to re- certify BOP stacks or to replace aging equipment.
Job Summary: The Logistics Coordinator – Cameron will prepare import/export documentation and shipment execution for all Sales Orders and Stock Transfers orders from Distribution Center (DC) to internal and external customers
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Keenly monitor Cycles times of Cameron Pick, Pack & Ship Process.
Filling of export and import shipping documents to be in compliance with JAFZA and GCC Customs regulations
To co-ordinate all outgoing shipments, including liaison work with the forwarder and 3PL to ensure smooth export flow/PGI.
The Logistics Coordinator – Cameron will also lead and execute improvement projects in the 3PL to reduce costs, improve cycle time and meet customer expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional departments to meet On Time Delivery (OTD) & Monthly Revenue Targets.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant must hold a Diploma in Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The Logistics Coordinator – Cameron must be familiar with logistics, warehouse, shipping and L/C documentations
Robust knowledge of GCC Customs procedures.
Excellent knowledge of in coterms
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Must also be able to work independently, with minimal supervision and anticipate and react to needs of the department.
Good English verbal and written communications skills.
