Job Summary: The Google Analytical Consultant, Travel (English) will partner with cross-functional teams within and outside of Google while developing and delivering on a digital vision that will address our clients’ business challenges. You will also collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives, while proactively spotting and acting upon opportunities for our clients. With deep knowledge of Google products, marketing trends, the travel industry, individual client needs, and associated technical expertise, you’ll be challenged to generate insights from Google's data and resources. In addition, you will develop and share narratives with key stakeholders in the industry. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build strong businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop data-driven recommendations that align with client marketing objectives and help them grow by converting online activity into sales, both online and in-store, while using your comprehensive knowledge of Google's products to align them with clients' marketing objectives.
The Google Analytical Consultant, Travel (English) will also acquire and share deep knowledge of the travel industry, market landscape, client products and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
Develop new marketing collateral using industry, marketing and third-party research.
Utilize measurement tools to add relevant, trustworthy data to presentations and proposals. Share expertise and best practices with customers, colleagues and internal specialist communities.
Provide leadership in relation to data gathering, decision-making frameworks and analytical guidance in order to drive projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The Google Analytical Consultant, Travel should have a BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Google Analytics and AdWords.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Experience building and automating reporting dashboards. Experience in SQL, databases and database manipulation.
Demonstrated experience in consulting, sales support, online marketing or data analysis.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to speak and write in Arabic fluently and idiomatically.
