Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs the day-to-day administration and communication of HR visa related tasks
• Reviews local visa guidelines and updates from the authorities and government entities, communicating updates in a timely and effective manner
• Manages the personnel visa files of the workforce
• Advises employees in basic HR administration tasks in relation to visa activities
• May support basic administration activities, run routine reports
• The HR FSS Visa Specialist supports the PRO's with all visa administrative tasks
• Provides proactive communication to employees, managers and FSS team in all visa related topics
• Tracks all open cases, providing thorough and persistent follow up to ensure timely visa completion

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

• Strong English and Arabic communications skills
• Experience/understanding of UAE visa regulations is preferred
• Initiative and willingness to learn
• Interest in working in a multi-national environment
• UAE national
