Job Summary: The Temporary Staff provides the main point of contact for visitors’ clients and employees visiting Wealth Management. Customer contact is virtually continuous and hence competencies and skills required for dealing with customers are critical. The role provides a full range of office management services including handling visitors callers and office upkeep and décor. Assisting the Private Banking team in Meeting Room Bookings and handling the Internal and External Mail. The Temporary Banking Staff at Emirates NBD will be managing and Ordering the PB Office Requirements stationary IT Requirements pantry requirements


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administration Reception are upkeep and décor
  • Meeting Room Booking and Managing PB Office and IT requirements
  • Customer Referrals Make appropriate customer referrals to other units to facilitate retention and continued relationship
  • Customer Problem Resolution Address customer requests to achieve satisfactory resolutions referring issues beyond the role limit to appropriate points of reference
  • Ensure compliance and Control Apply and comply with relevant processes procedures and controls


Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 

  • The applicants should preferably hold a minimum of secondary education
  • Two years of work experience in similar position
  • Relevant technical knowledge and communication skills
  • Detail Oriented able to work under pressure with a positive customer service attitude Bilingual with English a must
  • Good interpersonal competencies to enable customer service standards
