Job Title:  Front of House Manager - Lounges

Job Summary: The Front of House Manager – Lounges will add immediate value by Managing delivery process and implement strategy and vision on Food & Beverage to ensure outstanding service and consistency with brand standards.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Implement the Function/Department strategy to ensure alignment with Company strategy
  • Policies and procedures: Implement relevant policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
  • People Development: Manage the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff in order to maximize performance
  • Safety, Quality & Environment: Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Plan, organise and develop food and beverage production and supply services to ensure alignment with customers? expectations, food and hygiene standards and financial targets
  • Monitor and coordinate delivery of food and beverage provisions to ensure smooth running of operations
  • Monitor and coordinate suppliers to ensure effective spending and availability of products up to quality and brand standards
  • Collaborate with chefs and menu specialists in reviewing menus to ensure compliance with Company guidelines
  • Monitor operational costs, to identify opportunities of efficiency maximization and costs reduction
  • Monitor goods supplies to avoid out-of-stock and ensure availability of high quality products
  • Coordinate with inventory and logistics to ensure the appropriate storage, delivery and stock rotation of all items to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and regulations
  • Monitor timely and efficient execution of operations to minimize downtime and improve time to delivery while respecting high quality standards
  • Collaborate with HSEQ department in defining and monitoring health and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
  • Coach, guide and provide informal / formal feedback to the staff to support skills development and improve service

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  

  • The applicant must hold a Diploma (2 years or more).
  • Seven years of work experience within relevant field.
  • Communication Skills - Advanced
  • Leadership - Advanced
  • Planning & Organizing skills - Excellent
  • Policies, procedures & work methods - Excellent
