Job Title: Accountant

Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Accountant will assist the Financial Controller where required and take ownership of / assist with the following duties :
- General Ledger data entry.
- Manage the overall AR process for IPS, including cash collection/forecasting/cash application.
- Consolidation & reporting for all aspects of Accounts Receivable & WIP.
- Lead internal monthly meetings on aged balances/cash collections.
- Preparation and compilation of Audit File on a monthly basis including corporate bank & accruals/prepayment reconciliations.
- Assist in preparation & presentation of SG&A monthly report.
- Assist for all types of Audit requirements, specifically on revenue requests.
- Assist when required with the consolidation and processing of contractor payments.
- Liaise with various banking institutions.
- Timely filing.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as and when required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Accountant must hold a relevant Finance qualification.
- Two to three years of experience in a Finance role;
- Works in a systematic, methodical, ethical and orderly way;
- Appropriately follows instructions and follows procedures and policies;
- Upholds ethics and values;
- Demonstrates integrity;
- Relates well to people at all levels;
- Manages time effectively;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent English speaker
