Swisslinx Executive Search has been mandated to source an experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO - UAE / Emirati national for our prestigious client, a UAE government entity. This role will be permanently based in Dubai.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO’s office
Taking care of all administrative and organisational tasks related to the daily activities of the CEO
Extensive schedule management
Looking after travel arrangements, expenses, daily, incoming emails and calls
Coordinating with other departments on behalf of the CEO
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The successful candidate should hold a University Degree
Four years of experience as an executive assistant at C level (ideally having supported a CEO before)
